I'm Estefania Delgado Buitron—a Senior App Growth Manager at Google based in Dublin, Ireland. I lead strategy for a ~$50M/quarter portfolio growing ~10% YoY, partnering with product and central teams to unlock scalable solutions across markets.

Before Google, I co-founded FlatFit, a peer-to-peer roommate-matching app in Barcelona. We grew to 30K users organically, secured €200K in funding, and expanded internationally—all with $0 in paid acquisition. That journey taught me that growth is as much about people as it is about product.

Outside of work, you'll find me hiking through new landscapes, coaching others, meditating, diving into a good book, or exploring the intersection of AI and product innovation. I believe in building things that matter—whether it's a product, a team, or a life well-lived.
